Cramer Statement on King v. Burwell Decision

Today, Congressman Kevin Cramer released the following statement after the Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling Obamacare subsidies are legal in states which did not establish their own health care plan exchange.
"While I believe the subsides were never intended for states without their own exchange, the court has ruled on this issue. I will continue to work with my colleagues to protect people from the effects of this bad law. Obamacare continues to increase health care costs for millions of Americans and thousands of North Dakotans. Our continued focus will be to repeal Obamacare and replace it with a plan which offers Americans access to high quality, affordable health care," said Cramer.
