Norton to Speak at Ribbon-Cutting of New Whitman-Walker Health Center, Thursday

Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will speak at Whitman-Walker Health's (WWH) official dedication of its new 42,000-square-foot medical center tomorrow, Thursday, June 4, 2015, at 4:30 p.m., at 1525 14th St. NW. The new facility has six floors dedicated to patient care, including a neighborhood pharmacy open to the public.
"Whitman-Walker has long been an indispensable health care life saver on the front lines reducing the District of Columbia's high HIV/AIDS rate and providing other high-quality health services to our residents," Norton said. "I am full of joy and pride to join with Whitman-Walker in dedicating its new, first-class facility to serve our community's health care needs."
