Honda Welcomes Los Gatos Students to Washington

This afternoon, Congressman Mike Honda (D-Silicon Valley) welcomed students from the Yavneh Day School to his Washington, D.C. office. The students presented ideas and issues they are concerned about to Congressman Honda during their meeting.

They specifically appealed to Congressman Honda as a recognized leader on bullying and cyberbullying, expressing their concern over the effects bullying has on teenagers who are victims of the behavior.

"The students from Yavneh Day School were very thoughtful and very engaged in the issues they spoke with me about," said Congressman Honda. "As a former teacher, it is wonderful to see the promise of the young people from Silicon Valley."
