Weber Signs onto Uphold the OATH Resolution

Representative Randy Weber (R-TX) signed onto Representative Tom Rice's (R-SC) Uphold the Oath Americans Trust and Honor (OATH) Resolution last week. The bill would authorize legal action against the President's recent executive order allowing amnesty for illegal immigrants.
"The OATH Resolution will allow the House of Representatives to bring legal action against the Obama Administration for their egregious, unilateral overreach on our current immigration laws. The President and his Administration have once again circumvented Congress and our Constitution. This resolution will force the hand of the President to work within his actual authority, and respect the democratic process."
