Issue Position

We can't keep growing our great nation with an infrastructure that's dangerously in poor shape. We can't afford to waste the human potential of skilled craftspeople and builders out of work. We can create jobs, boost our economy, improve safety and future commerce by reinvesting in our needs here at home. Norm will work to ensure a living wage and job creation for the people of the First District of Virginia.
