Goodlatte Statement on Virginia Tax Reform

As competition grows between neighboring states, like North Carolina, Congressman Bob Goodlatte released the following statement in regards to Ken Cuccinelli's vision for tax reform in Virginia.

"As neighboring states make their tax systems more competitive, Virginia will need to do the same to maintain our favorable business climate. Our next governor must have a bold and detailed tax plan to attract the jobs of tomorrow, and Ken Cuccinelli is the only candidate in the race who has put forth such a framework. Ken Cuccinelli's pro-growth vision of lowering rates while closing loopholes will grow jobs and put Virginia's middle class first. By committing to such a sweeping and much needed tax overhaul, Ken Cuccinelli has shown voters once again why he is the best choice to lead the Commonwealth for the next four years."
