Issue Position

We have reached a point in country where the debate is not an "either - or" discussion energy options. We have arrived at the point in time where all of the options for providing energy to our state and country should be available. That means we can continue to use fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas but add nuclear and renewable energy options (solar, hydro, biomass and wind) to the portfolio. Renewable energy options will need the additional support from regulatory agencies as well as tax incentives to make them competitive with traditional sources. This will allow us to sustain our economy, lifestyle and environment in the years ahead.
