-We live in one of the most beautiful states in our country. We have an obligation not only to maintain, but to also to preserve our mountains, coasts, farms and fields for future generations of North Carolinians to enjoy.
-The recent disastrous coal ash spill in the Dan River reaffirms the need for renewed vigilance in protecting our natural resources from harm.
