Issue Position

One of our community's greatest assets is the St. Croix Valley. Its beauty is the reason my parents, and so many others, chose to settle down here. As your State Representative, I will work to protect our environment while growing our local economy at the same time.

Energy independence isn't just a federal issue--it starts here at home. The leading sectors of job growth in Minnesota are in renewable energy, clean technology, conservation and biofuels. Minnesota must be a leader in these industries, and I will work to ensure that we are creating jobs right here at home.
