Our State continues to lean on the backs of its citizens to bear the burden of a broken budget. There policies hold down economic activity and make our State less competitive than our regional partners. Each tax increase represents a regressive tax burden on our citizens and unfairly targets hard working Marylander's. I will support the reduction of corporate and personal taxes, and the elimination of poorly crafted tax policies that do more harm than good to our citizens and our businesses. The return of economic prosperity starts with lifting the burden of over taxation.
