Issue Position: Equal Access to Sanitary Public Beaches

Issue Position

Kapoho beaches are heavily used by tourists and residents yet there are no public toilets. Basic public sanitation requires maintained public toilets.

I advocate public/private partnerships and government incentives to pursue these basic needs for Puna residents. Puna's public should have equal access to education and emergency services, including electronic accessibility. I will do everything in my power as the District 4 representative in the State House to make such access a reality.
