I believe that in order to build a better Colorado, we must start by bridging the wide chasm that exists in politics at all levels: local, state and national. We should work together to turn down the noise and tone down the rhetoric of the extreme positions on both sides of the political spectrum. I will work hard to advocate for progress not for the left, nor for the right, but forward, regardless of the issue, by working from the middle and building consensus through negotiation and compromise rather than ultimatums and demands.
