Through his unique experience of representing the State of Nevada in the federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare, Mark had a front row seat to what the federal government can do when it is not properly restrained. Mark believes that the federal government is out of control and the last line of defense for liberty and freedom in this country is at the state level. As your Lieutenant Governor, Mark is committed to continue fighting for all Nevadans and ensuring that they have a voice. Whether it's working state-wide to promote economic development and job growth or developing a plan to increase rural tourism, Hutchison has a proven record as an effective leader and is ready to start on day one. Mark will serve as Nevada's voice in fighting over regulation of our lands and water, protecting our privacy, and defending us from an overreaching federal government by preserving Nevada's sovereignty and Tenth Amendment rights. Mark believes Nevadans should make decisions for Nevada.
