Dredging federally maintained waters to their full depth and width is crucial for Louisiana and the American economy."

Authored the RAMP Act, HR 104, ensuring adequate dredging of Louisiana and U.S. ports and harbors.

Hosted numerous trade forums with US and foreign officials to highlight Louisiana's petrochemical, agriculture, energy resources and ports, railways, highways and vital transportation infrastructure.
