It is time to put Americans back to work. The best thing Washington can do is get out of the way so our nation can do what it does best: create, innovate, and lead. I have joined my colleagues to support the Plan for America's Job Creators. It is a pro-growth agenda that doesn't raise taxes on working families or small business owners. Some highlights include:

Empowering small business owners
Reducing regulatory burdens
Fixing the tax code to help job creators
Increasing competitiveness for American manufacturers
Encouraging entrepreneurship and growth
Maximizing domestic energy production to ensure an energy policy for the 21st century, including an "All of the Above" approach that combines traditional and alternative sources to keep power affordable and reliable
Paying down America's unsustainable debt burden and start living within our means
