As an educator, I will continue the same advancement of education that is happening here in Southwest Indiana at the State House. After 16 years of experience, I am uniquely qualified to work with teachers, the ISTA and school administrators, and whomever else to make sure that all groups work together toput the students first. With the introduction of the Indiana Growth Model for students, we will be able to track how a student has grown in his/her education. There are many new and innovative ways to advance education. School districts need to be given the flexibility to be innovative.
