Press Release

Date: Sept. 29, 2013
Location: Washington, DC

Congresswoman Matsui is working to ensure that everyone has the resources they need during this time of transition with the Affordable Care Act. On Monday, September 30, 2013, Congresswoman Doris Matsui (CA-06) will launch a new section of her official website devoted to providing constituents with information and helpful resources on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She will also hold town halls on Facebook and Twitter to take questions from constituents about the health care law.

"This is an exciting time for health care, but I know there are many questions about how the Affordable Care Act will affect individuals, families and small businesses in the Sacramento region. It is my hope that this website, and these Facebook and Twitter town halls, will help provide residents with the resources they need to make the best health care decisions possible," said Congresswoman Doris Matsui.

The website will go live Monday morning at 9:00 AM and can be found at matsui.house.gov/affordable-care-act. It will include information for individuals and families, information for small business owners, answers to frequently asked questions, and helpful resources for those who are looking for more information.
