Issue Position

Recently the State Legislature passed AB 32 to affect Climate Change. While it is wise to move towards sustainable communities, this plan has too many unintended consequences that I fear will lower property values, increase costs for private property owners and force a lifestyle change upon many hard working taxpyayers. We have many different lifestyles throughout California and we need a comprehensive plan that allows residents to enjoy the lifestyle which has brought or kept them in California.
