Issue Position

For too long, we have had a Congressman who puts promoting the Fox News agenda over what his constituents desperately need: good jobs that can support their families. We need to aggressively pursue job creation through investment in infrastructure projects- like roads, bridges, ports and airports. Additionally, we need to improve our education system, and alternative energy investment so that we put our district in the best possible position to attract those jobs. We will only begin to pull ourselves out of this recession by infusing capitol back into our district's large and small businesses. Smart investments of taxpayer money in these infrastructure improvements will not only put us on a path to success, but will put dollars back in the pockets of our area's small business owners and employees.
