Our victory Tuesday night was great, and I'm humbled by your confidence. But we still have one last hurdle, and the attacks have already begun.
Nancy Pelosi's team in Washington, D.C., already is at work. The Pelosi team at the Democratic campaign committee issued a press release full of lies and distortions even before all the results were in Tuesday night.
Yes, the Obama-Pelosi spin-machine has fired up right here in the 2nd Congressional District of Oklahoma.
These Chicago-style political bosses also have boots on the ground, desperately digging up dirt. They are even looking into my wife, Christie's, speeding tickets. It's obvious they will do anything to sling mud -- even attack my wife. They've also interviewed my employees, my business associates and on and on.
What will they do next?
I know what I look forward to doing next. I look forward to seeing Nancy Pelosi and telling her: We did build this!
We built our business using our talents, with the sweat of our brow, and with daily dependence on our Creator.
I know you too want to send these liberals a bold message about their socialist agenda.
