Scott knows that middle & working class families in Michigan are hurting. Come next tax season, they will be hurting even more due to Public Act 38. If elected, Scott's top priority is to eliminate Public Act 38 and make sure the hard working people of the 110th get the help they need during these hard economic times. He wants to guarantee that everyone can make a decent wage and live comfortably.

What Scott will fight for:

*Restore the Homestead Exemption in its entirety.

*Restore the $600 child tax credit.

*Restore the Earned Income Tax Credit.

*Restore the College Tuition & Fees Tax Credit.

*Make sure police, fire, and public safety needs are properly funded.

*End the tax breaks to big insurance, pharmaceuticals, and oil companies which you are currently paying for.
