Tim's hands-on public policy also includes our public schools. In 1995, Governor John Engler asked Tim to serve as his Education Policy Advisor. For the bext four years, Tim helped lead and implement reforms that improved school funding, rewarded good teachers, gave parents more choices and improved test scores in Saginaw County and much of the state.
