This state needs jobs now. As a State Representative, I will work to enhance job retention and growth through bolstering current businesses, protecting the rights of public workers and stengthening the quality of our workforce. To attract new industries, there must be a workforce in place that can meet the employment requirements for new and emerging industries. That's why training and education are critical.

We need to set policies that will encourage new industries, protect the jobs of current workers and bolster small businesses, so that they can hire more workers. Job creation is critical in these tough times.
