Limiting government spending is the only responsible approach to funding government and increasing the tax burden is never the right solution. David's pledge is to vote against all legislation that increases the overall tax burden of his constituents.

As the sole income provider for his family, David Hall is acutely familiar with the hows/whys of living within his means. He will only support/sponsor legislation that can be funded with money our State has in its budget.
