Abortion:

Murder, robbery, rape etc are State crimes and are not a function of the Federal Government.
Article III Section 2 describes the judicial power of the Federal court system. Laws and rules on abortion must be State law. I personally believe that it is a sin to abort a baby. If I am to follow the Constitution I must keep the Federal Government from being involved in State issues.
