Governor Kitzhaber issued the following statement following the end of the 2012 Legislative session:

"The Legislature's action on job creation, health care transformation, and education improvements, combined with the discipline to rebalance the budget, has laid the foundation for a more prosperous future for our state," Governor Kitzhaber said. "I look forward to working with Oregonians to deliver better health care at lower costs, graduate more students, and strengthen our economy."
