Issue Position

America was founded by aliens, settled by aliens, inhabited by aliens, and became known as a place that welcomed aliens who were oppressed or wanted to be free. We need to create better means for those who want to live and work here to become legal citizens and penalize those who do not, and the businesses that support them.

I plan to put forward a better plan to allow illegal immigrants with children born here to become citizens. A national language would save millions by forcing those who come into the US to learn English and not providing teachers and documentation in their native tongue.

Providing medical care to illegal immigrants in a time of crisis is humane, but allowing them to abuse the system must be eliminated.

However, none of these issues can be firmly addressed until our borders are secure. Therefore securing the borders is first and foremost.
