A quick update on an issue I told you about earlier this month. On Friday, the House passed a proposal that Sen. Toomey and I offered to cut through red-tape and allow three natural gas transport ships to come into Philadelphia, a move that will allow hundreds of energy and construction jobs to be created in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
