Mark understands that it is wrong to take a person's hard-earned money and waste it frivolously. That's why as Chairman of the Stafford Board of Supervisors,

Stafford reduced property taxes and reduced general government staffing to FY 2004 levels, while still enhancing spending on needed services like public safety, education and transportation. Mark believes that government should focus on its core services and infrastructure, and that's what he'll fight for in Richmond.
