* No unfunded mandate. Empower 64 Parishes for local Governance/Tax benefits.
* Promote Seafood /Agri business with sustainable smart growth.
* Use bio-tech for coastal cleanup of oil spill & wetland mitigation.
* Fund Firemen/Police as First Responders with tools & resources.
* Exploit abandoned oil wells & platforms to promote new business & Energy.
* Protect Home/business investments & family safety by funding levees in Eastbank & Westbank
* Good Education & High tech skills are the salvation to create high paying jobs in-state to stamp out brain drain to other states.
* Promote local plant expansions, Intermodal-Transport, High-tech sewer Bio-treatment with sugar cane wastes, Gulf Coast commuter train.
* Reduce Govt size & entitlements. Improve Govt-ethics. Transparency in government-WEB posting of all budget & expense items quarterly.
