* Lincoln voted to hold the line on unjust federal spending by opposing the Wall Street bank stimulus bailouts every time it was on the floor for a vote. He doesn't feel the Wall Street gamblers were justified in being rewarded.
* Davis supports strict Pay-As-You Go policies and performance-based testing on federal spending to ensure an effective use of taxpayer dollars.
* Davis supports placing a ceiling on spending in relation to our GDP.
