Blog: Have You Read The Constitution?

Statement

On this day in 1787, 39 brave and forward thinking men signed the U.S. Constitution. This document was and still is the center piece of our great nation. At the signing of this historic document, these men could not have conceived what was in store for this nation. The Constitution has seen our nation through times of economic expansion and depression and times of peace and war. Currently a renewed vigor has been placed on the understanding of this great document but still too many people have never taken the time to read the Constitution. That is why I encourage everyone to take a few minutes out of their busy day to sit down, read the Constitution, and truly appreciate its importance as the blueprint of our nation
