Florida's families are suffering during these difficult economic times and as State Senator, I will make it a top priority to get people back to work. I realize that government is not the solution to getting our economy back on track, but rather the investment of small businesses, the ingenuity of entrepreneurs and the creativity of individuals are the engines that will drive Florida's economy.

When elected, I will advocate for even more measures that provide incentives for businesses to relocate to Florida and keep existing businesses in our state. As the son of a small business owner and as the only candidate in this race who has signed the front of a paycheck, I have first hand knowledge on how to make payroll and understand the importance of turning the "American Dream" into reality.
