Georgians need major tax relief to get our economy moving again

Andy is a strong supporter of John Linder's FAIR TAX Plan. And as our Representative, he will sponsor legislation eliminating all Georgia income taxes and replacing them with a fairer sales tax system. Andy's tax relief plan would save working families hundreds, if not thousands, annually and reduce the size of state government.

Andy believes, as do many Georgians, that the current tax code is antiquated, inefficient and a regulatory nightmare. In contrast, a Fair Tax for Georgia allows taxpayers to make their own choice as to how much tax they pay based on their own decisions and patterns of consumption. The Fair Tax captures revenues lost to Georgia when individuals evade income taxation either by choice or due to their illegal immigrant status, and eliminates the bureaucratic waste associated with the current income tax code administration and compliance.

The Fair Tax Plan for Georgia encourages business re-investment right here in our communities which promotes job growth and preservation.
