Issue Position

Public order is the fundamental purpose of all government. Our laws must clearly and decisively protect our personal safety, and the state must fund that obligation. I support a three-strikes law to take habitual felons off the streets, and I support a workable death penalty which demonstrates our entire abhorrence of heinous and depraved crimes. I also support our personal right to self-defense, and believe we are entitled to defend our home against invasion without incurring criminal liability.
