Issues: Government Budget and Spending
As your Representative I pledge to shrink government; not expand it and abolish wasteful programs; not create them! It's not enough to reduce the tax burden on the American People. Without a simultainious reduction in government spending cutting taxes would only lead to an increase in deficit spending. Benefitting no one in the long term and rendering any cuts in taxes meaningless.
