"If you like your plan and you like your doctor, you won't have to do a thing. You keep your plan; you keep your doctor. If your employer is providing you good health insurance, terrific. We're not going to mess with it" -- President Barack Obama speaking on one of the benefits of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), more commonly known as Obamacare .

We now know what Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and avid supporters like Claire McCaskill have known all along…that Obamacare does little to protect the patient, improve medical care, and least of all is affordable. "Any healthcare reform plan that mandates the participation of a free society, forces religions to violate their beliefs, and burdens future generations with astronomical debt cannot be constitutional.

I support the repealing of Obamacare for a healthcare plan that addresses at a minimum- tort reform, malpractice reform and selling of healthcare plans across state lines. It is only then can we truly be able to provide affordable healthcare to more people and at an affordable cost.
