It is the ultimate sign of a free and Democratic nation that their leaders can operate in a very open and above-board manner when they have interactions with the voters.

The recent leadership in Washington has decided to descend a shroud of secrecy over everything they do.
The President of the United States of America refuses to reveal personal information about himself, which is in startling contrast to the previous standards set by other former Presidents. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi holds closed door meetings and asks Members of Congress to vote on bills which are physically impossible to read before a vote on them is held.

Karen Bass is supported by all Washington leaders who behave this way. They are confident that they can count on her to continue this method of behavior.

If elected, I vow never to vote on legislation which I have not read or that I am not familiar with.
To behave otherwise is an insult to the voters of the 33rd Congressional District
