Randy believes life begins at conception, and that all innocent human life must be protected. He believe the family is the building block of our society, and that parents must be allowed to fulfill their responsibilities of educating their children among the choices of public, private, home, and religious schools. He believes the institution of marriage is a legal and moral commitment between one man and one woman.
