PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL ABUSE AND VIOLENCE

Pete King believes that nothing is more evil or vicious than hurting or exploiting children. He strongly supports legislation to increase the penalties for online sexual exploitation of children; require schools and libraries to protect children from being attacked by predators using social networking sites; and to ensure that sex offenders register - and keep current - where they work, reside and attend school. Congressman King is also supporting legislation to combat gangs which are moving from the cities into the suburbs.
