"Our local leaders and elected officials are the ones who hold the keys to Maryland's greatness -- the ones closest to the problems our communities face and get things done without excuses. Our administration came to the Maryland Municipal League Conference to show that we will be a state that works together. We will rededicate ourselves to the power of partnership and recognize that we can do incredible things, if only we marshal the courage to do it together. That's the lesson we all learn from this conference, and that's my vision for what we will accomplish together moving forward."
