Please see the following statement from Governor Joe Lombardo on the death of Tyre Nichols.

"As a law enforcement veteran, I'm deeply disturbed by the death of Tyre Nichols. The brutality and violence displayed by the five former Memphis police officers is unacceptable and shameful, and it has no place in law enforcement.
