Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) released the following statement in response to the reported leak of an initial draft majority opinion from the Supreme Court in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization:

"This unprecedented leak was wrong and damages the Supreme Court. I continue to pray that the justices reach a decision that upholds the sanctity of life and guarantees the right to life for innocent unborn children."
