Bice District Office Launches "Veteran in the Spotlight" Program

Representative Stephanie Bice's (OK-05) Oklahoma City office has launched a new program called "Veteran in the Spotlight" to highlight veterans in Oklahoma's Fifth Congressional District.

"I'm excited to continually recognize veterans in OK-05 who not only dedicated themselves to our country but have pursued outstanding work in our community upon their return home from service," Rep. Bice said.

If you know a resident of Oklahoma's Fifth Congressional District who you feel would be a fit for this recognition, please complete the nomination form here.

All nomination forms will be reviewed by the Veterans Task Force who will make the final decision regarding the Veteran in the Spotlight. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that an individual will be selected as the Veteran in the Spotlight.

Once the individual has been selected, they will be contacted by Rep. Bice's office and asked to provide a DD-214 to verify their service. Upon receipt of the DD-214, Rep. Bice's office will coordinate the presentation of the Veteran in the Spotlight award with the selected nominee.
