Sens. Moran, Marshall Introduce Resolution to Congratulate Blue Dragons on Football Championship

U.S. Senators Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kan.) today introduced a resolution to recognize the Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragons football team for winning the 2021 National Junior College Athletic Association National Championship.

"Congratulations to the Hutchinson Community College football team on winning their first national title in program history," said Sen. Moran. "This significant achievement is a result of talent, hard work and perseverance, and I'm pleased to recognize these dedicated student athletes, coaches and staff in the United States Senate. Go Blue Dragons!"

"Congratulations to the Hutchinson Blue Dragons for an outstanding undefeated regular season and first national football championship in school history," said Sen. Marshall. "The hard work, determination and tenacity of this team proved key to enduring a unique season and securing a come-from-behind victory in the championship game.
