Not all sections of our state are prospering; this reality is no clearer than in our South Georgia counties. With only 47 of the 180 State House members coming from the southern section of our state, our collective voice is too often overpowered by our neighbors from North Georgia. I will ensure our district has the strong working relationships needed to produce meaningful results for our area. We have a tremendous amount to offer businesses, individuals, and industries looking for a place to call home. We simply need to make sure we address the challenges facing us, and that our voice in Atlanta is putting us first.
