For over 20 years, I taught in wonderful schools in three different states. I joined the National Education Association, the state association, and the local affiliate regardless of where I worked. Currently, I am a retired member of MFPE. I have always believed that every employee should be involved with decisions that are being made about their work conditions, pay, and benefits.

When Montanans work hard, they should be able to provide for their families. They need to have the chance to maintain a life that is fulfilling and allows them the opportunity to live, work and thrive in their community.

I support

-Worker's freedom to join a union.
-Protecting against right-to-work legislation.
-The right for public employees to collective bargain.
