Issue Position

I believe in the 2nd Amendment. President Reagan stated in 1983, "And by the way, the Constitution does not say that the government shall decree the right to keep and bear arms. The Constitution says, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Both the United States and the West Virginia constitutions clearly lay this out and I will stand strong to protect these fundamental rights. I am a member of the West Virginia Citizens Defense League and the NRA as well as a concealed handgun license holder
