Issue Position: Diversity

As a member of the SC Agency Head Salary Commission, I help to ensure that salaries for women are equal to their male counterparts. As a strong advocate and promoter of women, I have assisted women in securing positions on boards and commissions -- Richland County has tripled the number of female magistrates.
