Southern Illinois is losing jobs at an alarming rate. Dave wants our kids and grandkids to stay or come backto Southern Illinois and have good paying jobs that allow them to put food on the table and live a comfortable life. As a small business owner, Dave knows how government can get in the way of job creation and retention. Dave believes Illinois needs to reform its workers' compensation system (7th highest costs in the nation), lower our property taxes (tied for highest in the nation), and address the out-of-control regulations (Illinois consistently ranked as one of worst states for business).
